Quantum Services is seeking a hands-on Division Manager to lead our regional field inventory audit team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will manage daily scheduling, drive audit accuracy, coach auditors, and maintain strong relationships with client store managers.

Qualifications

• Leadership background in retail, inventory, route operations, or general labor environments.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, personal vehicle, and ability to pass background and MVR checks.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs and work in cool storage environments.
• High school diploma or GED and reliable home Wi‑Fi for admin reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead field audit teams inside convenience stores to conduct high-accuracy stock counts across sales floors, stockrooms, and walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Manage daily team schedules, attendance, and hands-on training for Audit Supervisors and Auditors.
• Communicate audit findings, resolve discrepancies, and build relationships with store managers after audits.
• Oversee field logistics including itineraries, payroll submission, and daily audit reporting via company laptop.

What You’ll Do

• Field Leadership & Operations: Work directly alongside field audit teams inside convenience stores to conduct high-accuracy stock counts across sales floors, stockrooms, and walk-in coolers/freezers.

• Team Management & Coaching: Develop daily team schedules, track attendance, and provide ongoing hands‑on training and performance support for Audit Supervisors and Auditors.

• Client Relations: Communicate audit findings, resolve inventory discrepancies, and build strong professional relationships with store managers upon audit completion.

• Administrative Operations: Manage field logistics including team itineraries, payroll submission, and daily audit reporting via company laptop.

Schedule & Travel Realities

• 6:00 AM Kickoff / Free Afternoons: Field audit work starts around 6:00 AM. Departure times vary based on route distance, with shifts typically wrapping up early to mid-afternoon.

• Weekly Hours: Averages 36-42 hours per week (Mon-Fri with occasional overtime Saturdays).

• Travel Radius: Daily local route travel to client locations within the surrounding regional area (up to a 3-hour radius).

Requirements

• Leadership Background: Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Manager, or Field Lead in retail, inventory, route operations, or general labor environments.

• Vehicle & Screenings: Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to pass standard Background (BGC) and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.

• Physical Readiness: Comfort standing, bending, stooping, climbing short step‑ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs, operating handheld keypads, and working in cool/cold storage environments (walk‑in coolers).

• Technical Setup: High School Diploma/GED and reliable home Wi‑Fi access for administrative reporting.
