Job summary

Quantum Services, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to join a small team and conduct hands-on audits at gas stations and convenience stores in the Grand Rapids area. You will perform counts with a 10-key handheld device and travel daily to local sites.

The role starts at 7:00 AM with typical finish times between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and every weekend off. A full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Able to pass background and MVR checks.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, lift up to 25 lbs.
• Dependable, early-morning, team-oriented worker.

Responsibilities

• Perform quick, precise inventory counts using a 10-key handheld counting device.
• Audit all store zones including sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify stock variances and submit accurate audit reports to store management.
• Carpool daily with team members to assigned store locations across the division.
