Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform hands-on inventory audits across gas stations and convenience stores in the Grand Rapids region. You will travel daily with a small team to 1-3 locations, performing counts with a handheld device and reporting variances to store management.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off, a 100% in-field work setup, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and tuition

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and active auto insurance.
• Able to pass background and MVR checks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in cold environments.
• Reliable early riser for early start times.
• Willing to travel daily with team to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform quick, precise inventory counts using a 10-key handheld counting device.
• Audit all store zones: sales floor, stockrooms, walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Identify stock variances and submit audit reports to store management.
• Carpool daily with team to assigned store locations across the division.
