Job summary

PharMerica, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to improve accuracy and strengthen controls across pharmacy locations. This field-based role involves travel to sites and coordination with external inventory vendors.

You will work with pharmacy leadership to identify gaps, implement improved processes, and support audits and regulatory reviews while ensuring inventory security and documentation integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in inventory management, pharmacy operations, audit, or related controls.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Improve inventory accuracy across pharmacy locations.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate variances and root causes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for physical inventory counts.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to pharmacy staff.
