Job summary

Loaf N Jug is seeking an Inventory Audit Specialist to lead or support physical inventories across multiple store locations. You will verify retail and cost data, coach store managers on readiness, and ensure shrink standards are met.

The role requires travel to diverse company locations, strong communication, and the ability to deliver timely audit results. This is a full-time position with early hours and variable days.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED
• Preferred Education: Associate's Degree
• Minimum Experience: Retail Guest Service Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Keyholder
• Preferred Experience: Retail Store Manager and/or inventory auditing experience
• Soft Skills: good communication, professional feedback, teamwork, self-discipline, good judgment

Responsibilities

• Lead or support an audit of Field Audit Control Specialists to conduct physical inventories across stores.
• Evaluate inventory readiness against Shrink Standards and coach store managers.
• Produce immediate audit results by reconciling physical inventory with books and adjusting as needed.
• Research inventory results using reports and data from corporate systems to ensure accurate paperwork.
• Assess managers' execution of Shrink Standards and provide constructive feedback.
