Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage materials, records, and ERP-driven processes across the branch. You will count, verify, and adjust inventories, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness while handling shipments and consignments.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, efficient storage, and collaboration with management to address quality issues and streamline operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory or materials handling.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access; ERP systems and data analysis tools (queries, pivot tables).
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials and equipment; keep records, compile reports/metrics, and assist in documenting requirements for the Branch, audit readiness, and quality issues.
• Compile, review, and maintain records for purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents using ERP system.
• Verify inventory counts against physical stock; investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location; occasional work in the operating room.
• Dispose of damaged or defective items following procedures.
• Distribute materials and supplies based on incoming requisitions.
• Cycle count inventories across locations; reconcile counts; submit adjustments; count branch inventory annually.
• Oversee signed Customer Consignment Agreement forms for all locations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 7a – 4:30p
• Overtime based on business needs, flexible schedule preferred

What you will do

• Receive, store, and issue materials and equipment. Keep records, compile reports/metrics and assist in documenting requirements for the Branch, keeping the Branch at Audit readiness and to address quality issues with Branch management.
• Compile, review, and maintain records for purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents using ERP system
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
• Determineproper storage methods, identification, and stock location in an orderly manner (occasionally in the operating room)
• Dispose of damaged or defective items following procedures
• Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies based on information from incoming requisitions
• Cycle count inventory in various hospital and office locations throughout territory; reconcile counts with company inventory logs;submit adjustments; responsible to count all branch inventory at least once per annual year
• Oversee and ensure signed Customer Consignment Agreement forms are in place for every consignment location
• Complete other duties as assigned

Required

• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs

Preferred

• Maintaining good records experience
• Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Scrub tech/SPD experience/Ortho experience
• Associates degree

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
