Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related experience, or an advanced degree.
• CNIM certification.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or anatomy/physiology; troubleshooting preferred.
• Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery and communicates findings to the surgeon and team.
• Obtains patient history and discusses structures at risk and monitoring modalities.
• Displays, labels, and interprets waveforms; records latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times.
• Maintains IONM equipment and completes required documentation and logs.
• Travels up to 25% and adheres to regulatory and company policies.
