Job summary

Veralto is seeking a senior leader to supervise and optimize service operations across internal and field teams. This role prioritizes safety, quality, and timely delivery while coaching staff and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will own KPIs, coordinate with Engineering and Quality, and travel as needed to support customers and field technicians. A strong background in electro‑mechanical service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in service, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in service or operations environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and decision‑making across internal and field settings.
• Strong working knowledge of service workflows, quality systems, safety practices, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to document service activity, audits, and corrective actions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day internal and field service operations across applicable products, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop internal and field service teams with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Own KPIs for service teams and translate business objectives into actionable goals.
• Interface with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and support improvements.
• Travel up to 20%–30% as needed to support field service delivery.
