Job summary

Veralto Corporation is seeking an experienced leader for Service Operations in the US. You will supervise day-to-day internal and field service activities, set priorities, and ensure safe, quality-focused delivery across products. You will coach teams, manage onboarding, and address performance with timely feedback.

You will collaborate across internal service, field service, and cross-functional partners to drive improvements, training, and compliance. Travel up to 20–30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in service, manufacturing, or related technical environments supporting electro-mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in service or operations environments.
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills across internal and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day internal and field service operations across applicable products with safety, quality, and delivery focus.
• Lead, coach, and develop service teams; manage onboarding and skill development.
• Support escalations, deliver customer and partner training, and drive data-driven resolution.
• Own audits, compliance, and documentation to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Own KPIs and allocate resources; coordinate with cross-functional partners for improvements.
