Kemper is hiring licensed insurance agents for field sales with a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions. This full-time, on-page role involves visiting clients, selling Kemper Life products, and managing an established book of business.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage.
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits and conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
• responding to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping and processing policy paperwork.
