Job summary

Kemper is seeking licensed insurance sales agents to join our field sales teams in Donaldsonville, LA. The role offers a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions with a full-time benefits package and a field-based work arrangement.

As a licensed Kemper Life agent, you will manage an established book of business, visit clients, collect premiums, and close new policies while pursuing growth opportunities and ongoing professional development in a performance-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits and conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
• Responding to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping and processing policy paperwork.
