Kemper Corporation in Bogalusa, LA is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for a field role. You will visit clients, present Kemper Life products, and close new sales to earn commissions and bonuses.

The position offers a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions based on performance. As a licensed agent, you will operate with autonomy, build relationships, and manage premium collections while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Dependable vehicle for daily travel to client visits.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations to close new policies.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities and grow the assigned territory.
• Maintain relationships with customers by collecting premiums per a pre-arranged schedule.
• Respond to service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans) and handle paperwork.
