Job summary

Kemper Corporation in Hemingway, SC seeks a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for field-based work with uncapped commissions and a sign-on bonus. You will manage an established book of business, visit clients, present Kemper Life products, and close new sales.

This role offers income potential driven by performance and a clear bonus program. Licensed agents selling all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C) and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life’s products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with required auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating home visits and conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule that you determine
• Responding promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans
• Record keeping, accounting for money collected, and processing policy paperwork
