Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Field Sales Professional to work directly with business owners, managers, and individual clients, delivering insurance solutions that meet their needs and provide peace of mind.

This role offers comprehensive training, weekly draw pay plus commissions and bonuses, growth opportunities, and a supportive, purpose-driven team environment. Based in Mississippi, Canton, this is in-person, field sales with Monday–Friday scheduling and weekend as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and meet decision-makers in person.
• Present tailored insurance solutions to clients.
• Conduct group presentations for employee groups of various sizes.
• Build and manage your own book of business.
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with manager to set goals and track progress.
