Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Field Sales Professional to work in-person with business owners, managers, and individual clients to tailor insurance solutions and provide peace of mind. You will visit sites, present options, and cultivate long-term relationships in a fast-paced field sales role.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, ethical, and capable of managing their own schedule, with a license in Health & Life or willingness to obtain one; training and mentorship are provided along with draw

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Visit businesses and meet with decision-makers and employees in person.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Conduct group presentations for employee teams of various sizes.
• Build and manage your own book of business.
• Follow up on leads, respond to client inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with your manager to set goals and track progress.
