Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. seeks an Instrument and Electrical Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electronic instrumentation used to monitor or control oilfield service equipment.

Under supervision, you will use diagnostic software, manuals, and schematics, maintain safety standards, and participate in on-call duties, including nights and weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic instrumentation on oilfield equipment.
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation and automation on hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on electronic instrumentation for oilfield service equipment.
• Use organization laptops/phones and internal software for work orders and diagnostics.
• Work from manuals and electrical schematics to troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Maintain safety practices and PPE per HSE policies.
• Be available for on-call duties and schedule adjustments as required.
• Operate light duty trucks and perform general housekeeping.
