Global Finishing Solutions is seeking a Field Installer I to install and commission finishing environments at customer sites across North America. The role involves hands-on assembly of panels, ductwork, and related equipment, plus collaboration with experienced teams to ensure quality installations.

You will travel extensively, learn on the job, and contribute to safety and efficiency on each project while delivering high-value workmanship for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• General construction experience or mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read measurements and follow installation instructions.
• Experience operating or willingness to learn mobile equipment.
• Basic welding skills or interest in developing welding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Install prefabricated sheet metal panels, ductwork, exhaust systems, and other finishing components.
• Assist assembly and setup of paint booths and finishing environments at customer sites across North America.
• Prepare job sites by uncrating equipment and organizing materials.
• Collaborate with experienced installers to resolve installation challenges and keep projects on schedule.
• Perform minor welding and fabrication tasks to move projects forward.
• Maintain safety by following OSHA standards and site requirements.
• Communicate equipment concerns or installation issues promptly to the team lead.
• Deliver quality workmanship to help customers meet deadlines.
