Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install prefabricated sheet metal panels, ductwork, exhaust systems, and other finishing components.
• Assist assembly and setup of paint booths and finishing environments at customer sites across North America.
• Prepare job sites by uncrating equipment and organizing materials.
• Collaborate with experienced installers to resolve installation challenges and keep projects on schedule.
• Perform minor welding and fabrication tasks to move projects forward.
• Maintain safety by following OSHA standards and site requirements.
• Communicate equipment concerns or installation issues promptly to the team lead.

As a Field Installer I, you'll be hands‑on in bringing some of the world's most advanced finishing environments to life. From paint booths and air makeup units to large‑scale industrial finishing systems, you'll travel to customer sites and help assemble the equipment that keeps manufacturing moving. Working alongside experienced installers and project teams, you'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality installations for customers in aerospace, automotive refinish, industrial manufacturing, and beyond.

• Installing prefabricated sheet metal panels, ductwork, exhaust systems, machine guards, air makeup units, lighting systems, roofing, and other finishing equipment components.

• Preparing job sites by uncrating equipment, organizing materials, and ensuring everything is ready for efficient installation.
• Collaborating with experienced installers and supervisors to identify and resolve installation challenges while keeping projects on schedule.
• Performing minor welding and fabrication tasks to help move projects toward completion.
• Maintaining a strong commitment to safety by following OSHA standards and site‑specific safety requirements.
• Communicating equipment concerns, product damage, or installation issues promptly to the installation team leadership.
• Delivering quality workmanship that helps customers meet project deadlines and keeps installations running smoothly.

Pay Range: $22.32 – $28.10 per hour, as applicable, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
