Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Field Installer I (BAS) in Phoenix to support the installation of building automation systems in commercial environments. You will work with experienced team members to deliver safe, high-quality BAS installations and help develop technical skills on cabling and device installations.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and hands-on growth in a leading smart building technology provider. Overtime and local travel may apply as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1+ years building automation or commercial electrical installations experience.
• 1+ years on construction sites or mechanical environments.
• 1+ years' experience as an electrician or electrician's helper.
• Understanding of HVAC/building automation systems operation.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, cabling, and Building Automation System devices.
• Collaborate with Lead Installers to meet safety and client specs.
• Maintain attention to detail and adhere to timelines.
• Deliver high-quality construction services meeting client expectations.
