Job summary

Arbon Equipment – A Rite-Hite Company coordinates district installation activities to ensure customer expectations are exceeded on assigned projects. The role focuses on scheduling, communication among customers, contractors, technicians, and sales reps, and ensuring installations meet Rite-Hite specifications.

The successful candidate will have an AA or equivalent, 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and the ability to read and interpret technical procedures, write reports, and present

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate can read, analyze, and interpret general business information and technical procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate district installation projects to ensure quality and timely completion while containing costs.
• Foster communication among customers, contractors, subcontractors, Technicians, and Sales Reps.
• Serve as resource for sales representatives when quoting installation pricing and scheduling.
• Ensure Rite-Hite products are installed per specifications and coordinate with applications and sales.
• Visit job sites pre-sale to assess issues for quoting.
• Review orders to determine project status.
• Coordinate projects with Sales Rep, TTL, CSR, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and perform job site checks as needed.
• Attend project startup meetings and maintain good relationships with customers and contractors.
• Maintain the district’s electronic installation schedule.
