Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a Field Service Technician to inspect, repair, and install customer equipment in the field across the Arden Hills area. You’ll operate service vehicles per DOT standards and may travel domestically up to 20% for training and support.

Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude are required. You will collaborate with other departments, complete paperwork accurately, and ensure safety and quality in every service call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–5 years' experience in repair and service of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain, and install customer equipment in the field.
• Develop and maintain good customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Guide other technicians as skills develop.
