Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in construction industry or leading people.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-year technical degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Ability to communicate effectively with building owners/managers, general contractors, developers and all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact regarding installation methods, site readiness, and project progress prior to installation.
• Conduct site readiness reviews, audits, and inspections, resolving issues to support successful project execution.
• Support installation planning activities, including logistics, material deliveries, resource allocation, and site coordination.
• Perform safety and quality audits while assisting with corrective actions and compliance with installation standards.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to support operational success.
