Job summary

National Equipment & Service is hiring a Mid to Senior Level Commercial Door Installer to service and install industrial doors and loading dock equipment across the Southwest region, including CA. You will work with the sales and field teams, providing technical expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience with maintenance and/or repair of commercial doors, loading docks, dock levelers, and related equipment.
Experience in welding or steel fabrication.
Experience with electrical work.
Experience in Mechanical, Commercial, and Industrial Maintenance.
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
Professional demeanor at all times.
Valid A, B or C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Dispatch and act as the primary contact for customers.
Perform Preventative Maintenance by cleaning, lubricating, cycling, and inspecting equipment.
Troubleshoot industrial equipment, mechanisms, and electrical/ mechanical circuits.
Inspect, repair, service, test, troubleshoot, and install warehouse equipment.
Assist with larger jobs, as needed, in coordination with Field Service Manager.
Complete detailed service reports after each assignment.
Maintain company truck, phone, and safety gear.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
