Job summary

You will monitor progress, review scheduling with the Project Manager, and ensure equipment is inspected and used correctly. This role requires at least 3 years in a similar position with supervisory experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and reports and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Field Glaziers in the installation of framing, glass, panels or other systems as required to meet project deliverables.
• Monitor installations to ensure they are organized and aligned with best practices.
• Ensure all job site equipment is inspected and used correctly to meet operational needs.
• Oversee and enforce safety procedures and policies on the job site.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on installation materials and troubleshoot issues during the job.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Scheduler on job status and potential delays.
• Work with the Project Manager and Scheduler to reallocate resources or adjust schedules as necessary.
