FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a mechanically-minded Field Lead to own projects from start to finish. The role targets candidates with construction leadership, carpentry, or remodeling backgrounds and a strong sense of craftsmanship.

Standard hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional early starts or after-hours to ensure high-profile installs are completed perfectly. A clean driving record and 5+ years of lead experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lead experience in Construction, Remodeling, or Skilled Trades.
• Clean driving record (Required for bucket truck insurance).
• Comfortable at heights and on ladders.
