Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman to lead field installation and supervise multiple crews on assigned projects. You will ensure that installations meet design, quality, and safety standards while coordinating with general contractors and internal teams.

The role requires strong planning, coordination, and communication skills, with responsibility for maintaining schedules, controlling costs, and enforcing company safety programs on site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing two or more crews of 2–3 workers each.
• Verifiable experience on projects of $500K+.
• Minimum of 3 years' craft supervision in similar facility construction.
• Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to tackle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry and competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to various operations meetings.
• Plan-reading, coordination, layout, sketching and materials take-off.
• Material, tool, and equipment handling including ordering, receiving, placing, and returning.
• Contracts scope delineations and confirms drawings align with contract scope.
• Responds to General Contractor requests regarding scope limits.
• Manpower loading and maintaining the two-week look-ahead schedule.
• Time-keeping and other administrative duties such as daily reports, JSA's, etc.
• Ensures safety and other company programs are implemented and effective.
• Building code compliance.
• Quality control.
• Manage to the budget, schedule, and unforeseen events while maintaining safety.
