You will install, test, and activate new services at homes and small businesses, delivering trusted, best-in-class service with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

You will work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lift up to 60 lbs, climb ladders, and maintain a safe work environment while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and solve problems to ensure seamless activation and great service.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations and provide friendly, professional support.
