AT&T in North Olmsted, Ohio invites you to join a team that installs high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses. You’ll work independently as a trusted expert, solving problems and delivering best-in-class service while expanding our nationwide network.

You’ll need a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely from ladders and tight spaces. Training is provided to support career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs and use ladders safely.
• Work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).

Responsibilities

• Install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer sites.
• Meet new customers daily and resolve install problems.
• Support safety protocols and ladder safety during installations.
