Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Able to work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).
• Identify wire and cable colors.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new people daily.
• Handle installation tasks such as running lines, climbing ladders, and equipment activation.
• Respond to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
