AT&T is hiring Installation Technicians to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer homes and small businesses. You will work independently as a trusted expert, delivering best-in-class service and meeting new people daily while solving technical challenges.

Position requires a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license is required.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders.
• Able to work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
• Willing to work overtime and holidays.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Pass pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations.
• Perform on-site installation and activation and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet new customers daily and solve problems on the job.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper ladder use.
