Chefs’ Toys, part of TriMark USA, is seeking an Installation Technician based in Anaheim to join our in‑house team. You will unload, assemble and install commercial kitchen equipment, following blueprints and customer specs, and coordinate with the Project Manager on site.

The role is full‑time and in‑office, with overtime as needed. You should have 1–3 years of commercial construction experience, welding skills, and a clean driving record; we offer growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of general commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and basic construction codes.
• Experience working with mechanical equipment and stainless steel.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Trade school certification beneficial.
• Must pass a background check after offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload trucks and move equipment to assembly areas.
• Assemble and install commercial kitchen equipment per specs.
• Assist with welding and construction tasks as needed.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and work orders on site.
• Inspect installations with contractors and customers for quality.
• Document work and track site expenses with the Project Manager.
