This role involves the physical installation, configuration, and maintenance of specialized equipment at client sites, supported by remote technical expertise. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, providing on-site support and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is adept at working independently in various locations, managing project timelines, and liaising effectively with both customers and the central support team. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site engagement and remote collaboration, essential for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, calibration, and testing of equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software issues during or after installation.
Provide on-site technical support and training to customer personnel.
Document all installation activities, site conditions, and troubleshooting steps accurately.
Communicate effectively with the remote support team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on product performance.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as an installation technician or field service engineer.
