SmartRent in Phoenix is seeking a Field Installation Quality Control Manager to lead audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. This role requires frequent travel to installation sites and close collaboration with field and quality teams to uphold installation standards.

You will support audits in person and remotely, help develop schedules, monitor corrective actions, and ensure customer expectations are met.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; 3–5 years in quality control or installation.
• Experience supporting quality control audits and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with field operations and quality control practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to installations.

Responsabilidades
