Job summary

Savaria USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Installation and Project Coordinator for our Frisco, TX office to manage installation projects from award through turnover, ensuring smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has construction or technical trade experience, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to coordinate with contractors, owners, and designers to deliver on time, within budget and to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or technical trades with ability to read house plans/technical drawings.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other MS products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to manage internal/external customer expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with ability to progress tasks and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget, complying with safety standards.
• Assist installation crews with scheduling for efficient installation.
• Coordinate project activities from award to completed installation.
• Attend weekly status meetings and report backlog progress.
• Read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
• Communicate with contractors, owners, managers, architects and regulators.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to ensure project success from financial and customer perspectives.
• Identify potential risks and discrepancies and alert management.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use project management tools to track timelines and deliverables.
