Job summary

Baxter Residential Elevators, a division of Savaria USA, Inc., is seeking a Field Installation and Project Coordinator in Frisco, TX. The role supports field installation and project delivery from award to turnover, ensuring on-time execution and high customer satisfaction.

The candidate will read architectural drawings, coordinate installation schedules, and maintain communication with contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or technical trade; ability to read house plans and technical drawings.
• Very competent IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and other MS products.
• Strong written and verbal communication to manage expectations with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
• Good follow up and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• An associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; or 1–2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in project management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with standards and customer expectations.
• Assist installation crews with scheduling for efficient installation.
• Coordinate contract activities from project award through completed installation.
• Participate in weekly project status meetings and report on backlog progress.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Communicate with general contractors, owners, managers, architects, designers and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with internal staff and leadership to ensure project success from financial and customer perspectives.
• Identify and alert management to project risks, issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools to track timelines and deliverables.
