Elevator Services Group is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator in Dallas, TX. This role blends project coordination with hands-on field work, approximately 60% in the field and 40% in the office.

The ideal candidate has a technical trade background (elevator mechanics, HVAC, or similar) with experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administration. This is not primarily an elevator mechanic position; you’ll coordinate residential projects and communicate with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project management, field operations, or administration.
• Technical trade experience preferred, especially elevator mechanics or HVAC.
• Residential construction or service experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to balance field and office duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential projects from planning through completion.
• Spend approximately 60% of the time in the field supporting project operations.
• Visit residential job sites to monitor progress and address project needs.
• Coordinate schedules, timelines, materials, technicians, and contractors.
• Communicate with customers, field personnel, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications as needed.
• Track project progress, documentation, schedules, and work orders.
• Assist with purchasing, materials, and project logistics.
• Identify and communicate field issues, delays, or changes.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for residential projects.
