U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a Field Installation Coordinator to manage installation and testing of conveyor systems at customer job sites.

This role requires coordinating with Engineering, developing schedules, and maintaining budgets while ensuring safety and quality on site. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in a technical field, 3–5 years in manufacturing or construction, and experience with welding, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Formación

• Associates degree or certification in technical field (Industrial Technology, etc.).
• 3–5 years of related work experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience with welding, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Able to read mechanical drawings (metric) and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of PLCs, conveyors, and VFDs is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills for direct customer management.
• Travel may average 25–40%.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project (Schedule); AutoCAD.
• Experience with PLC programming and design (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Toyopuc, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Engineering to prepare installation drawings.
• Create project schedules covering shipping, installation, commissioning, training and handover.
• Maintain installation budgets per project.
• Supervise installations to ensure safety, quality and schedule.
• Issue daily progress reports and track extra cost items.
• Liaise with customers to ensure paperwork, scope and safety guidelines are followed.
• Report progress and opportunities to home office.
