Job summary

US Tsubaki Industrial, LLC is seeking a Field Installation Coordinator to manage installation and testing of conveyor systems at customer sites. You will coordinate with Engineering on drawings, build project schedules, and monitor budgets while ensuring safety and quality on site.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing or construction, experience with welding, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLCs; strong communication skills; and willingness to travel 25–40%.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or certification in a technical field such as Industrial Technology.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing or construction experience.
• Experience with welding, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings (metric) and electrical schematics.
• PLC programming knowledge; familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Toyopuc.
• Strong communication and people skills; direct customer-facing project management.
• Travel up to 25–40%.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering to prepare installation drawings.
• Create project schedules including shipping, installation, commissioning, and training.
• Maintain installation budgets per project.
• Supervise installation and construction at job sites to ensure safety and schedule.
• Issue daily progress reports and monitor extra costs.
• Liaise with customers to ensure paperwork, work areas, and scope follow.
• Report to home office on new projects or support needs.
