Qualifications

  • Completion of an Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation and procedures.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, or digital multimeters.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and support Applied Materials equipment at customer sites.
  • Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues with support from experienced engineers.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Work alongside senior engineers during equipment installations, upgrades, and customer projects.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional technical support and service.
  • Document service activities and communicate project updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
  • Continuously develop your technical knowledge through hands-on experience, training programs, and mentorship.
