Job summary

MTM LLC is seeking an Installation Manager to lead installation operations for a national brand in East Bay, CA. You will coordinate installers, plan projects, ensure quality, and drive customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on PM experience in construction, with a focus on window/door installations, safety compliance, and effective collaboration with sales and logistics teams. On-site leadership and travel to job sites are expected.

Qualifications

2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in window and door installation.
Hands-on installation experience in new construction is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus.
OSHA 30 and CPR certified.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Installer Development & Oversight: recruit, onboard, and train installation subcontractors.
Provide coaching and performance management for installer partners to ensure quality.
Certify sub-installers in installation procedures, safety protocols, and water management.
