Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections to move properties through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare scopes of work and recommendations to preserve asset value.
• Manage turnover/renovation bids and contractor relationships.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely project execution.
