Qualifications

• Knowledge of erosion control inspections and related work.
• Experience with general construction inspection policies and admin requirements.
• Experience using Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Word and Excel.
• Ability to interpret contract documents and ensure safety regulations.
• Ability to maintain electronic field records on iPad/laptop.
• Strong collaboration with contractors, engineers, municipality and residents.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Review contract docs and CM requirements to report compliance.
• Complete SWPPP inspections and reports.
• Verify drawings and modifications; measure quantities and observe quality; keep daily records.
• Review contractor work schedules and updates with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with client, admin, and engineers; attend site meetings.
• Maintain relationships with municipal staff and contractors.
• Some overtime may be required and local travel.
