Responsibilities

• Interprets and enforces state, county, and local codes and regulations; advises on deviations.
• Coordinates inspection activities with County divisions, engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Reviews construction plans, permits, and related docs for compliance and safety.
• Maintains inspection records and submits notices of non-conformance.
