Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. seeks highway and bridge construction inspectors to work on Delaware projects. The role requires mobility to multiple sites, the ability to work day/night shifts and weekends as needed, and strong documentation of daily progress.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Personal vehicle for job-site use.
• Read/write English proficiently.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; SharePoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field inspections and observations of contractor work on highway/bridge projects.
• Measure, compute, record, and maintain contract quantities for payment.
• Read and interpret project plans, specs, and standards.
• Perform material sampling/testing per project standards.
• Document daily progress, conformance, and managment of extra work.
• Enter project data in Word/Excel and other software; communicate issues to PMs.
