Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks highway and bridge construction inspectors for Maryland projects across multiple counties. Inspectors may work day or night shifts, weekends, and travel to various job sites. Individuals should read plans, document progress, and ensure compliance with project standards.

Ideal candidates have MDOT/MDTA experience or certifications, plus familiarity with MS Word/Excel and SharePoint; a valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Formación

• Read, write, and understand plans in English.
• Ability to document daily project progress clearly.
• Familiarity with MS Word/Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily field inspections of highway/bridge construction.
• Measure and record contract quantities for payments.
• Read and interpret project plans, specs, standards.
• Sample and test materials as required.
• Document progress, conformance, quantities, and extra work.
• Enter project data in Word/Excel or other software.
• Communicate issues to project managers and contractors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and communicate them clearly.
