Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant inspections experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience as allowed by the rules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field enforcement and undercover inspections.
• Enforce weights and measures regulations and test devices.
• Inspect trade practices for consumer deception and licensed trades.
• Prepare summonses and testify at hearings.
