Qualifications

• Minimum ACI Field Technician Level I
• ICC Reinforced Concrete Certification required
• OSHA 10-hour certification
• Valid driver's license for company insurance

Responsibilities

• Reinforced Concrete/Grout/Mortar inspection and testing: reinforcement inspection, slump, air content, unit weight, temperature, core drilling.
• SFRM inspection and testing: verify substrate, test thickness, density, bond.
• Special Foundations: monitor deep foundations, ground improvement, load testing observation.
• Post-tension concrete inspection: tendon layout, lift-off pressures, elongations, concrete placement techniques.
• Bolting & Structural Steel inspection: bolted connections, steel framing, size/type verification.
• Soil/Aggregate inspection: density/compaction testing, observe proofrolling.
