Certerra is seeking a Concrete Special Inspector in Bellingham, WA to perform inspection and testing on Federal, Commercial, and Infrastructure projects. The role requires interpretation of construction documents, agreement with codes, and clear communication with project managers, contractors, and clients.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, ability to obtain a passport within 90 days, and hold or pursue ICC Special Inspector certifications.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to meet background and identity verification requirements for Federal site access.
• Must have or be able to acquire a Passport within 90 days.
• ICC Special Inspector certifications and related licenses are preferred, WABO registration desirable.

Mansioni

• Perform inspection and testing on Federal, Commercial, and Infrastructure projects in the Bellingham region, ensuring code-compliant, high-quality delivery.
• Interpret construction documents, RFIs, and structural details and communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Read and interpret codes (IBC, ACI, ASTM) and conduct required field testing within certification scope.
• Prepare accurate and detailed daily reports and maintain certifications while pursuing new credentials.
