Qualifications

• ICC Special Inspector certifications and related licenses are preferred, WABO registration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing on Federal, Commercial, and Infrastructure projects in the Bellingham region, ensuring code-compliant, high-quality delivery.
• Interpret construction documents, RFIs, and structural details and communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Read and interpret codes (IBC, ACI, ASTM) and conduct required field testing within certification scope.
• Prepare accurate and detailed daily reports and maintain certifications while pursuing new credentials.
