Job summary

O6 Environmental in Memphis, TX is seeking an Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations, ensure safety, and maintain high quality for client sites. You will supervise crews, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and coordinate with site management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include enforcing OSHA regulations, conducting safety briefings, inspecting work, and managing equipment, chemicals, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial cleaning experience.
• Experience leading or supervising cleaning crews is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and conduct safety training.
• Properly use industrial cleaning chemicals and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule industrial cleaning personnel.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and site-specific safety regulations are followed.
• Oversee cleaning operations and verify quality, timing, and client requirements.
• Coordinate cleaning operations with production, maintenance, or plant management.
• Inspect completed work to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Maintain documentation of inspections and completed tasks.
