Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in IT field services, operations support, service management, or related areas.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, connectivity, peripherals, and airport or operations technology.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, business presentations, or operational summaries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote break/fix support for airport technology, end-user devices, peripherals, and related field equipment.
• Install, configure, relocate, refresh, and remove IT equipment across LATCAN airports and support locations.
• Support station openings, technology refreshes, equipment deployments, infrastructure changes, and regional project work.
• Coordinate activities with LATCAN Field Services leadership, airport operations, vendors, and internal support teams.
• Follow technical, security, and critical infrastructure standards during all implementation and support activities.
• Maintain accurate records for assets, inventory, service activity, project status, and implementation tracking.
• Perform data entry, validate operational information, and keep SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, or approved tracking tools current.
• Analyze operational data, ticket activity, workflow gaps, and recurring issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations for regional reviews and leadership updates.
• Support process documentation, workflow mapping, and recommendations that improve service delivery across the region.
